If you can't get/don't want an IRC client on your PC, click "CHAT" up at the top of any page on the forums here to launch a client in the web browser. You need Java RunTime Environment installed to view this. Firefox users, if the chat doesn't come up simply click the box where it should be and firefox will install JRE for you.

An extremely useful tool that allows your friends to see what your playing and gives them the option to join the server your playing in.

Practice Information:
I'd like to setup a Division practice time, that we can get as many members on and just go in our server or a random server to pub. But you MUST be on vent. Please post your times that you may be available for practices/scrims. I will be organizing them to get to know you better and watch how you play. Do well, for you may earn yourself a spot on our competition squad.

Promotions:

Attend all practices and do well in scrims/matches, if followed you will be well respected and known to the division. You will rise through the ranks in time.

DO NOT ASK FOR PROMOTIONS - You will be ignored.

Demotions:

Your not of any use to us if your inactive and don't attend any practices or scrims/matches. You will be demoted if you continue to be inactive for a long period of time. And eventually deleted/removed from the division.

Recruiting:

Anyone in the recruiting squad is allowed to recruit.

I will be choosing a Squad Leader to run the recruitment squad, but we need recruits, and I want you to do a good job. You may join the recruitment squad, if the named Squad Leader allows you to.

First and foremost, We want people who are not only talented but who you would consider to be a decent and respectful person. If we let in 1000 JOHNDOES that aren't respectful we are doomed.

Second) Do not recruit people within an hour or two of meeting them. If you see someone with great potential and you want to recruit them or are even thinking about it, tell them to come by our server more often. This way almost everyone gets to know them and we see how active they are. Then we can make a decision.

Third) The age limit IS 16. For those already in that is fine, but it is there for good reasons.

Fourth) Respect:

Respect your fellow clan mates and be nice to outsiders. Be mature and help out people, don't just call them noobs and tell them they suck. Remember we were all noobs once too. We can become a tight knit family of players who help each other out and play to the best of our abilities. We will rise far through the ranks on competition. We will be competing in CAL for sure, and possibly other Leagues.

Everyone who is serious and wants to be serious about this division again, please post here that you WILL be around, I don't want to waste my time on you if you are just taking up space. If you are here, then great, if not, I'm asking you to leave. I will strive for perfection, and do the very best that my abilities allow me to.

Fifth) Recruiting Squad Leader will be deciding who gets in the squad and who doesn't, thus rank does not matter for recruiting. However, Purgatory members, may not recruit. PERIOD Hopefully the people you want recruited will have been playing in the server a lot anyways and will be easily accepted.

A note on IRC:
This will be required for THIS division.
It will be required because, it's a well known chat program online for competitive gamers. We will be competitive and this is the chat that will help us, you can find scrims, from the top gamers in that game... It is also very useful for communicating with anybody else in our division, whom don't have many ways of contact. I can't stress enough how much I want to you to be in there, Please make it a top priority to get on, thanks!

mIRC Instructions:
1.http://www.mirc.com - Download and Install mIRC.
2.Open mIRC, click the Options tab in the top right corner (Folder with a hammer on it).
3.Open the connect tab and enter your name (FA|name).
4.Click the little flower icon next to Connect to Server and look for gamesurge in the drop down list then press OK.
5.Exit out of the options screen and go to the folder with the # and + sign on it.
>Click Add and enter #fa in the channel bar.
>Check the Join on Connect Button.
>For network either leave it as All networks or go to gamesurge(depends on mirc program).
>Press OK.
6. You can now press the Lightning button in the upper left corner of mIRC to connect to our channel.
7.Other Fallen Angel Channels:
#fa.cs - Division Channel
#team.fa - Competitive Channel (Idle here!)

Note: Other channels can also be joined by typing /join #channelname

Note #2: If you cannot find gamesurge in the list type /server irc.gamesurge.net 6669 where you would normally type a message. This will connect you straight to the server where you can then use the /join (channel) command to join our clan channels.

9. You should now be good to go with mIRC, Also please note that you do not have to register or pay for mIRC whatsoever the 30 day trial is just a fake so when your days are up you can just press continue.
