Guitar Tabs

Any of you that play guitar do you know of any songs that are fairly easy to learn by tabs?(havent gotten all of the chords memorized yet). Right now im able to do only really simple stuff with little finger spacing

e|-------------------------------------------------------------------------|
B|--------------------0-------------------------------0--------------------|
G|-------------------------------------------------------------------------|
D|-------------5----------5-------------------5----------5-----------------|
A|------3--3------3------------------7---7--------7------------------------|
E|-------------------------------------------------------------------------|

e|--------------------------------------------------------------------------|
B|-----7/8-8-8-7-7-7-8-8-8/10-10-10-8-8-8-7-7-------------------------------|
G|-7------------------------------------------------------------------------|
D|--------------------------------------------------------------------------|
A|--------------------------------------------------------------------------|
E|--------------------------------------------------------------------------|
|-------------------------| 1x

|------7~-----4-------4---|
|----9------2-------2-----|
|--7------3-------0-------|
|-------------------------|

stuff like that, with little finger spacing. if you know of any let me know. Also more acoustical stuff, because i havent gotten my distortion pedal in yet.

Yeah I've got a couple easy ones for you to check out.
Just some nice simple slower acoustic songs:
Hold My Heart (Pt 2) by Letter Kills
Emily by From First to Last

Just search those on Ultimate-Guitar.com
:).

And in no time you'll be playing songs by Protest the Hero.
Check them on out Ultimate-Guitar.com also. :).

A good starting band is Blink 182. Stuff like Dicklips Adam's Song, Stay Together for the Kids.

Dayum, finally a response.

Thanks ill give them a try.

Yeah, Blink 182 is a pretty good band to learn off. Along with Green Day, or just any other I feel bad calling them this, but "Punk" bands.
They've got your simple power chords, yet at first you feel way cool playing 'em.

i found metallica - nothing else matters / intro, easy to learn its quite long so u might want to split it up into smaller peice's in the beginning and perhaps System of a Down - lonely day intro, its short but you do get to use your fingers alot, there used to be a great guitar lesson site actoguitar.com they had everything from beginners guide's, to song writing itself dunno what happend though it seems theyv deleted most of theyr good stuff, now all thats left is video lessons re-linked to youtube. btw Ice do you play guitar? i did not know that!

IceBlade 09-21-2007 05:08 PM

No I don't play, man. I know my chords and such and a couple of songs but I don't even have callous anymore.

Xplosiv3 09-21-2007 05:26 PM

ah i c, it aint to late to start playing you know :P , well im not mutch of a great player just started about a year ago, i know the most common playing techniques, aint great at it but anyways now since actoguitar has done something horribly wrong itl be hard 2 learn new stuff

IceBlade 09-21-2007 06:03 PM

First I have no time and secondly if I did have more spare time I'd use it for other activities :P
