Leadership Issue
 

Who's comfortable with having it hang for the first couple of weeks. This will give us all time to see who shows exceptional dedication, helpfulness, and leadership. At that point members may privately nominate potential leaders with a reason as to why they are nominating this individual (yes you can nominate yourself as long as you include a reason why you think you'd make a good leader.) Following nominations there will then be a campaign where the people nominated have a chance to tell the community why they believe they would be a good leader. And after that of course there would be a vote. Thoughts? Other ideas?

maybe we could just let go. Look, we play as an organized community and if some one want it, he could get it. Anyway no one will ever become the guild leader if he's not loved by the others. We do our own thing and let go...

no need of a leader at the beggining? We don't know who ever will play. ALL WE KNOW is that there is only about 5 to 10 player that are active for real at the moment. there those are :
